Millennials Changing America: Reporting from a random rest stops, nation-wide.

Our new euphemism for ivory tower is "2000 Elantra", as it is in the front two seats of this car where Callum and I have loftily gone back and forth about the pros and cons of Internet engagement. I am excited about the prospect of going back and forth with young activists outside of the so-called echo-chamber of conference halls and blogging communities, but Callum and I are faced with nearly 100 hours of car time before I drop him off in San Francisco. It will be somewhat difficult to resist the urge to B.S. and exchange some general devils advocacy in the meantime.
Perhaps we need to pick up more hitchhikers in order to diversify/spice up our conversations.
