I posted some highlights from my chat with Christian McNeil of GrowSmart Maine over on the NetSquared blog. Though McNeil is even older than me (and I am a self-proclaimed "old man among the millennials"), the so-called "cold millennial" has laid out how he helps GrowSmart benefit by organizing eAdvocacy efforts and shifting from office operations over from Microsoft to Google applications.
